As Production Manager, you are responsible for managing the Ground Guys workforce. Working in the field to ensure tasks are completed and exceed our client expectations. Our clients trust us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us live out our values every day.
You are a proactive leader and self-starter who can interact with the public and our employees. You have a strong work ethic and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have experience in landscaping and at least two years of supervisory experience, as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.
Specific Responsibilities: Manage personnel functions including recruiting, training, coaching, and ongoing performance managementSchedule work services and manage projects and services to completionContribute to company sales through lead generation, account management and maximizing upsell opportunities when they are presentMaintain a clean and well-stocked office and shopSet and manage budgetsImprove upon current processes to ensure quality, profitability, and future growthJob Requirements: Background in landscape industryAt least 2 years supervisory experienceValid Driver's LicenseStrong written and verbal communication skills Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applicationsBenefits: Benefits package varies by location
