Production Leader

Production Leader Our Parts Department is looking for a Leader to support our first shift team 
Here is an overview of the talent and skill needed:
Leadership - Independent leader, goal setter, decision maker
Continuous Improvement Oriented - Problem identifier, problem solver, able to prioritize opportunities, plan creator
Culture Builder - FAIR, coach, teacher, developer, servant leadership, networker, relationship oriented, empathetic 
Communicator - Provides feedback, updates, follow-up
Workload Manager - Project manager, keenly aware of staff/workload ratios, able to schedule intelligently
Experience -Proven manager of more than 10 direct reports in a manufacturing environment
This role leads skilled operators on the following machines
Lasers Ermaksen
Brake Presses Durma, Wyson, Coast One, Niafara, Accupress
Cold Saw, Drill Tables, Spot Facers, Debrring Machines, Shears and Straighteners
