Flexan is a global strategic contract manufacturer of custom high-quality silicone and thermoplastic components, sub-assemblies and devices designed to meet the critical requirements of Class I, Class II and Class III medical devices, as well as custom compounding and molding for precision parts.
The Production Lead will oversee the day to day responsibilities of the assigned production line. This is to be accomplished by coordinating the team, delegating tasks and managing hourly shift employees.
SHIFT:
Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work in a cleanroom environment and follow the guidelines and rules for working in the cleanroom. Oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the assigned production line. This is to be accomplished by coordinating the team, delegating tasks, and managing junior personnel.
