Alter Trading is looking for someone to assist in the leading the daily operations of our Non Ferrous Recovery Plant (NFR). Our NFR locations further process recycled materials to reduce what is sent to the landfills. This shift is Monday through Thursday 5:45am to 6pm with Friday's based on demand.

ABOUT THE JOB:
Supports supervision of 10-12 employee staff, and fill in for related supervisor duties during absences
Ensures employee break schedule is followed
Capable of learning and performing all job functions of the plant to help cover employee absences
Rotates employees to ensure coverage
Ability to operate mobile equipment and fill in as necessary
Leads the non-maintenance group during unplanned downtime
Collects and reports data during weigh outs
Leads the cleaning team during the maintenance cleaning hours
Performs Other Duties as Assigned

Must have good communication skills and be a positive team player.
Leadership Experience: 1 year
Manufacturing: 1 Year (Preferred)
