Nexeo HR is seeking a Production Batching Technician, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process by accurately measuring and mixing ingredients to produce high-quality products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our customers receive top-notch products that meet their specifications. Responsibilities • Measure and weigh ingredients according to specified formulas and recipes.
• Mix ingredients using various equipment and machinery, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Document batch records, including ingredient lot numbers, quantities used, and any deviations from the standard process.
• Properly clean and batch and verify the cleanliness of equipment before use.
• Document all cleaning and Batching in log books.
• Keep accurate inventory on all ingredients and return unused inventory to the warehouse with proper labels with accurate weights.
Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform measurements using scales and other equipment.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
• Experience operating batching or mixing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Pay $17.50 Per Hour
