Responsible for duties related to distilling operations including but not limited to:
Material receiving
Mashing, fermenting, distilling, charcoal filtering
Barrel filling, barrel handling
Boiler operation
Forklift operation
Equipment maintenance (preventative and basic mechanical repairs) and cleaning.
Ensuring products are produced according to specifications.
Will work in other areas of the distillery as needed.
Must Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalent 2 years experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment Ability to operate Industrial equipment as required. At least 21 years of age Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time Solid computer skills Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to perform work with high degree of accuracy Strong mathematical skills Forklift Certification Preferred Requirements Ability to communicate with all levels of an org Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes Strong interpersonal skills Proven organoleptic abilities Physical Requirements Ability to operate Industrial equipment as required. Capable of working on your feet, sitting, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
