Job Title: Product Manager (Non-Technical, Retail/Ecommerce)

Location: Pleasanton, CA (Local Candidates Only)

Employment Type: W2 Contract (12 months), Hybrid (2 days on-site) - (No C2C)

Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in retail/ecommerce, particularly within the grocery/CPG industries. This role will focus on managing our Banner 4 U Rewards Program and integrations, reporting directly to the Principal Product Manager for Rewards and Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Define product vision and roadmap for loyalty program benefits and integrations.
Collect and interpret user research and data to develop innovative products and manage the product lifecycle.
Write user stories, manage product development lifecycle, and handle product prioritization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer-facing products that enhance customer conversion and engagement.
Utilize both qualitative and quantitative feedback to drive product improvements and develop business cases for new features.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required.
10 plus years of product management, strategy, or consulting experience.
Strong experience in agile development and ecommerce within the retail sector.
Excellent analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
Experience with Adobe Analytics and A/B testing preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
