Short Description for Internal Candidates

Product Implementation Project Manager who will have responsibility for the management and implementation of technology driven treasury and cash management products for our top clients and complex deals.

Role Summary:

The Technical Product Implementation VP will be responsible for the overall client experience and project management of technical commercial product implementations. This role will contribute expertise to defining new J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Banking solutions in conjunction with Sales, Consulting and Product teams. Manage client solutions from inception to completion within specified timeframes.

Job Responsibilities:Participate in New Hire Training covering the introduction to our onboarding organization, project management tools, end-to-end process flows, and additional resources to help you work smarterEngage with senior leaders to review our Vision and StrategyGet to know your partners by attending regular calls to review active implementationsBegin to build your brand and establish valuable relationshipsUnderstand how we implement Mixed payable solutionsLearn how support our clients with file mapping exercisesGain knowledge in utilizing our l banking toolsGain experience through shadowing skilled and knowledgeable peersUltimately, you'll be expected to own our Client's Technical Onboarding experience, end-to-end. This includes:

Representing us as the client facing, technical contact responsible for a successful end-to-end client experience during complex treasury product implementations with Commercial Banking clients around the worldManage client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice regarding technical aspects of treasury solutions including - RFP responses, clients presentations and client visitsScope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury servicesUse of MS Office tools to document scope, meeting agendas and minutes and project plansUse of workflow tool for status updates and document repositoryManage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectations.Demonstrate creative problem solving and judgementEmpowerment to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to successRequired Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experienceTechnical project management experience or experience with complex treasury implementationsComfort in a fast paced, dynamic client-facing environmentAbility to clearly communicate, partner and influence - leading others to a common goalExhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established SLAComfort in using technology such as WebEx, Zoom and other collaboration tools for enhanced client discussionsProject Management experience or eagerness to learnPayments and Receivables experience or eagerness to learnTechnical Consulting or business analysis experience in the ERP, systems integration or API spaceMS Office Suite experienceAppreciation for being a 'keeper of our brand'Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
