The Product Director will oversee the development and implementation of market access strategies supporting DARZALEX®. In this role you will shape market access strategies across channels to drive access, affordability, and persistency for DARZALEX® patients, as well as drive field execution of market access messaging. The Product Director will work closely with multiple functions including Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Government Affairs, Policy and Advocacy, Franchise Marketing, Sales, Sales training, Business Analytics, Medical Affairs, RWV&E, R&D, and outside vendors to effectively execute key commercial activities.
Position Description: Leads development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners Develop content with learning and development team for sales meetings and ongoing field development to support brand strategies Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team Analyze market access trends, brand performance, customer, and competitor insights, to evolve market access strategies that help to secure access with payers, hospital/ IDNs, Federal/VA, and GPOs Manage the market access AOR and budget to ensure timely execution of a robust and competitive market access promotional plan Serve as the market access lead in Brand Business Planning and support all work-streams related to access and reimbursement Requirements: A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful. A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication. Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
