CereCore is seeking a Product Analyst join our team in Nashville, TN . Responsibilities: ? Eliciting Functional and Non-Functional Requirements from the Business and drafting user stories and acceptance criteria to support Development Team Members Prioritize and refine the product backlog in support of the product roadmap and delivery needs Perform Data Analysis, Process Flows, Current and Future State Analysis in order to develop products that help HCA stakeholders achieve their business objectives Work closely with business owners, project management, product management, architecture, quality assurance, and tier 2 and tier 3 support Assist in the development of quality assurance test plans, development of end user documentation, communications and support deployment activities Position Requirements: 3+ years of experience as an analyst and/or related position. Experience producing data dictionaries and creating business requirements documents. Must have strong documentation skills, organization skills, and the ability to interact with team members cross-functionally. Creates deliverables independently and manages approvals. Leads in communicating requirements to development, testing, education and training teams. Experience with Agile (Scrum) software development is preferred.
