Job summary
McCormick is looking to hire a Procurement Senior Manager (Professional Services) at their Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Responsibilities
• Leads assigned Procurement teams in achieving goals and objectives.• Develops strategic plans in the supply excellence space.• Manages the inbound supply chain supplier service quality program.• Leads direct reports in establishing and maintaining reliable sources of supply.• Leads change management efforts.• Promotes high level customer satisfaction.• Acts as Sr. Procurement Leader in the IBP process.• Acts as the Sr. Leader point of contact and steward of Procurement function in the CPD/FAFH or FS Business Unit.• Ensures effective implementation of Procurement strategic projects.• Provides direction and insight to ensure the Procurement team is on track in delivering annual OGSMs.• Serves as a member of the Procurement Leadership Team.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting or applicable field of study.• 12-15+ years in Purchasing/Supply Chain environment with appropriate business experience.• 7+ yrs project management, execution of large, multiple or cross-functional projects.• 8-10+ yrs managing, leading developing dynamic work teams.• Strong communication and diplomacy skills.
