What To Expect
The PC Process Technician will works with Process Engineers to set up the physical and systematic flow of material. This role requires a challenging mix of hands-on work, solving problems, validation and driving solutions with cross-functional teams.
As a PC Process Technician, you will represent the Process engineering in executing the processes designed for the Material Handling operations team. You'll be on the front line between the process changes and full implementation. What You'll Do Maintain good professional communication with different departments/stakeholders to maintain alignment and achieve common goalsValidate processes that solve for: Safety / Ergonomics, Productivity, Transacting accuracy, Repeatability validation, and Quality of Material Flow processWrite work instructions and training documents created by EngineersCapable of capture performing standardized work for all of the stations safely and within TaktValidation and evaluate equipment requirements by processHelp validate all major facets of the launch (MES, tooling, labels, racks etc.)Work with Engineering and work-station design What You'll Bring Able to switch between 1st and 2nd shift to support company needsComfortable asking questionsGreat communication skillsExperience with and / or be able to learn key systems/programsExcel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, Jira, MES/MOS, Warp and many other sub systems used in Material Handling.Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal. Expected Compensation
$29.00 - $54.00/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
