Main duties of the Process/Manufacturing Engineer include: Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvementUse CI/Lean methods to aid in improving processesResponsible for all plant automation, including robotics, PLC systems, and vision systems.Identify and execute 5S opportunities and principles throughout the plant.Lead and document effective Kaizen events.Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, method sheets, PFLOW's, and PFMEA's.
