Waters Corporation is currently seeking a Principal Full-stack web developer to join our organization in our Milford Massachusetts Global HQ. You will join a team creating scientific instrument presentation and control software for a wide range of user types, from highly experienced research scientists through analysts and lab administration. As a full stack developer, you will work alongside the system architect, product owner as well as coordinating closely with DevOps and other development teams to realize the solution. This will be a remote position. 
Work in a multi-disciplinary team to lead and develop of full stack solution using web technologies, primarily Angular and Nodejs. Lead software design meetings and drive new design implementation to closure. Mentor junior developers and help solve technical challenges as required by the team Coordinate with architect, product owner and other key stakeholders. Work in a collaborative environment to influence the team with user-focused thinking. Understand the development lifecycle, including submitting and reviewing code along with build pipeline improvement. Participate in ideation and technical review sessions and agile ceremonies. 5+ years immersed in development with recent Angular framework versions, Nodejs and CI/CD. 5+ years hands on experience in user interface development. 2+ years experience developing with TypeScript and applying object-oriented principles. 2+ experience leading development of applications with SQL. Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra/MongoDB is preferred. Solid understanding of front end, middleware and back end technologies. 2+ experience leading development of containerized applications/services such as Docker/Kubernetes. Experience developing responsive websites and/or applications and mobile solutions. Strong written, presentation and general communication skills  Experience with Atlasian tools, like Bitbucket and Jenkins and an understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery. Experience working within distributed Agile teams. Experience in developing and writing unit tests, developing test suites, and code coverage. Experience mentoring junior developers. Experience with using 3rd party and open-source libraries. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work across teams and organizations and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
