Position – Press Operator
Job Location – Ixonia, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5:00am – 3:00pm)
Starting Pay – $20-$22/hr Depends on Experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience
As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining stamping press equipment to produce high-quality parts. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in press operations and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate stamping press machines according to specifications
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep it in optimal condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating stamping press machines
- Knowledge of CAM programming and tooling assembly
- Familiarity with logic controllers and precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a warehouse environment, including packaging and shipping
- Proficiency in CAD software is a plus
