Preowned Automotive Technician

Cedar City Motor Company is looking for an energetic technician to service all makes and models in our used car department. We are a fast growing and energetic dealer that needs to grow its Technician team to keep up with customer demand. We have a high volume preowned vehicle operation in need of experienced Technicians to support our growing need This position will be working second shift from 4:00pm to 10:00pm Monday through Friday.This is an important role which helps our dealership provide safe and reliable vehicles for resale within our community.Responsibilities:Ability to follow service processes and work with Preowned Car and Service Manager to achieve quick and effective repairs of preowned vehicles.Perform safety and mechanical visual inspections, diagnostic and repairs of all makes and models of car and truck.Provide a quick and timely turnaround of preowned vehicles for resale.Qualifications:1-3 years experience as a professional service technician required.ASE Certification preferredB or C level tech qualification, including diagnostic for engine and electrical repairsBasic computer skillsPositive and energetic attitudeValid Utah state Drivers license or equivalentClean driving record
