Precision Cnc Lathe Operator

Carlson Tool & Manufacturing Corp., an ISO certified and ITAR registered manufacturing company in Cedarburg, WI, is seeking skilled CNC Lathe Machinists to join our team of 75+ machinists in our advanced manufacturing facilities. What you'll do: Set up, program, and run CNC Lathes Inspect your own parts and maintain accurate documentation Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes Maintain a safe working environment What you'll need: 3+ years of experience operating CNC Lathe machines (required) Ability to program using Mazatrol (preferred) Knowledge of Mastercam programming (a plus) Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers Ability to process precision parts from start to finish You will support the manufacturing of high-quality parts up to 160? long and 36? in diameter by creating CNC lathe programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation.
