• Lead and direct the dental practice• Provide excellent service to patients• Support and facilitate the dental team• Focus on patient scheduling and time management• Present financial agreements to patients• Understand dental insurance codes and processes• Oversee financial responsibility and adhere to budget• Manage paperless practice management software• Create an inclusive environment for all employees to thrive
Requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills• Dental management experience• Understanding of dental terminology• Computer competencies with practice management software• Experience with paperless practice management software
