Plant Manufacturing Director

In this role, you'll oversee a talented group of 250 individuals, including 5 Managers, as we strive to achieve operational excellence and exceed our goals.
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire our manufacturing and assembly teams to consistently meet and exceed production, performance, and quality standards.
Bring your expertise in Lean Manufacturing to the table, driving continuous improvement and innovation across our operations.
Be a guiding force in recruitment, hiring, and training initiatives, ensuring our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.
Keep a pulse on industry trends and best practices, implementing strategies to keep us ahead of the curve and constantly evolving.
What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred) and at least ten years of experience in industrial management.
Proven leadership experience, preferably in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
A track record of success in developing and motivating teams to achieve their full potential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships at all levels of the organization.
