Responsibilities
• Manage and direct all aspects of facility operations• Delegate authority and decision-making to key direct reports• Establish objectives at both facility and value stream level• Contribute to the development of the facility annual operating budget• Deliver capital expenditure projects on time and within budget• Ensure efficiency and safety in all operations• Maintain facility and compliance with regulatory requirements• Ensure quality and customer requirements are met• Maintain excellent communication and employee relations• Drive continuous improvement practices and process improvements• Participate in contract negotiations
Requirements
• Thorough understanding of financial measurement and analysis• Experience in manufacturing management positions• Strong leadership and employee development skills• Experience in driving lean manufacturing methodology• Experience in process improvements and turnaround• B.A. or B.S. degree in business, engineering, operations, or marketing; or equivalent• Extensive experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Six Sigma/Lean Methodologies• Broad leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
