The Plant Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and management of the teams, from production to logistics. This manager will ensure the quality and on-time delivery of products, while also ensuring the safety of the workplace for associates. The successful Plant Manager will have a history of collaboration and the ability to establish clear goals and tasks to achieve short-term and long-term corporate goals for the teams.
Responsibilities Monitor production and quality control Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals. Regulate supply of materials to ensure accurate inventory. Implement and manage procedures to keep production costs within budget Ensure product standards that will exceed our customers' expectations. Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure strategic initiatives are met. Establish group and individual accountabilities for the manufacturing teams for problem solving and cost reduction Manage spending per production budget Team player with ability to build lasting productive business relationships at all levels Lead safety initiative Ensures plant complies with health and safety regulations. Coach teams in best practices and resolve escalated issues and problems Conduct and complete performance evaluations Responsible to train and motivate direct reports.
