Plant Manager - Food Manufacturing

Position overview: The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall performance of a Food Manufacturing facility. This includes managing production, safety standards, personnel, and cost controls. The Plant Manager will ensure that all operations are in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure all operations are in compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Develop, implement, and monitor production processes and quality control standards. Maintain product and production standards. Maintain production schedules and oversee production teams. Manage plant personnel, including recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management. Develop cost control strategies to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective operations. Implement Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TPS, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Monitor and troubleshoot Food Machinery and Food and Beverage equipment. Qualifications: Manage inventory levels of snacks, CPG, and other products. Extensive experience working in a Food Manufacturing facility. Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Yellow Belt certification. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Excellent leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision 401k PTO  BONUS!
