Stryten Energy operates a battery manufacturing plant in Manchester, IA. Orders have increased as our customers value the endurance and reliability of our products.
We are hiring for our Maintenance department - come join our team!

Maintenance Technicians: Pay rate = $31.20 per hour. Night shift (6:00 pm - 6:00am): add $1.60 for shift differential Bonus Opportunities Available! $2,500* Sign-On bonus for offers accepted through 6/1/2024! Gainshare Bonus - hourly associates have the potential to earn up to 10% of their gross monthly pay; potentially $300 per month ! Quarterly Attendance Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to $600 each quarter ; just for showing up to work their scheduled hours! What you will do:
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to maximize efficiency, reliability, and overall effectiveness Assure specific quality guidelines are met and, if necessary, take appropriate actions to rectify quality issues. Identify problems and issues in robotic systems, communicating with engineers, specialists, or other staff to diagnose and understand issues. Maintain a safe and clean work area. What you need:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Successful candidates must have mechanical and or electrical skills and prior troubleshooting experience. The ability to lift parts and equipment which can weigh up to 40 pounds The ability to effectively communicate in the workforce You know the importance of teamwork - production goals are met when everyone does their part. Maintenance Technicians work with other maintenance techs and Operators in a team-based manufacturing environment to build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to meet or exceed production goals set forth each day.
