Responsibilities
• Implement and apply cost accounting policies and procedures• Establish accounting controls to generate financial reports• Support plant accounting manager in maintaining internal controls• Analyze financial performance and day-to-day tasks• Prepare and process journal entries• Establish financial controls to reduce costs• Analyze trends in key performance indicators• Support plant budgeting process• Maintain packaging standards costing files• Track daily performances of packaging to earned standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required• 3+ years of directly related experience required• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to details• Very strong in Excel and Power Point• SAP experience required• Excellent problem-solving skills• Action oriented• A team player with a positive, can do attitude and agility to flex multiple work streams fluidly
