Job Summary: As our Plant Controller , you will take the reins of our financial strategy, overseeing the entire spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Your role will be pivotal in providing strategic guidance, fostering financial stewardship, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities: - Strategic Financial Guidance: Provide insightful analysis to drive business strategies, optimizing financial performance.
- Financial Reporting Excellence: Prepare accurate SEC-compliant financial statements, ensuring timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of accounting professionals.
- System Controls and Procedures: Enhance and implement robust system controls and financial procedures.
- Operations Oversight: Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, taxes, and cash flow efficiently.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with leadership to develop budgeting, forecasting, and cost management strategies.
Qualifications: - CPA Certification: CPA qualification required
- Financial Leadership: Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance role, demonstrating strong financial leadership.
- Manufacturing Insight: Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a valuable asset.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Expertise in Excel modeling is required for strategic financial analysis.
- ERP Proficiency: Experience with ERP/accounting systems is highly beneficial.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a strategic mindset. Compensation and Benefits: - Base Salary: Competitive base salary ranging between $105,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
