**GENERAL PURPOSE** Performs evaluations and develops effective patient treatment plans to restore, maintain or prevent decline of patient function, by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing outpatient and home health care. Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient residence. + Position: Physical Therapist + Hours: All Candidates are Welcome, PRN/Part/Full-time + Monday thru Friday, no evenings or weekends + Flexible schedule and wonderful Work/Life Balance + Setting: Assisted Living Community and Memory Care + Location: Brookdale Kenwood, Cincinnati, OH With an outpatient therapy career in an assisted living or independent living community, you get the best of both worlds: the chance to improve the lives of seniors by meeting them where they live while maintaining greater flexibility in your schedule.
