Physical Therapist Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient PT office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or physical ailments, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention strategies and home exercise programs.
- Communicate effectively with referring physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings and continuing education activities.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with current state license.
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
- New-grads welcome.
- Experience in dry needling preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.
