Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy care to children with special needs• Conduct therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans• Collaborate with other therapists and teachers to ensure each child's needs are met• Provide early intervention day treatment habilitation services• Work with children between the ages of birth to 6 who are at risk• Perform developmental screenings and evaluate therapy reports• Communicate effectively with a wide variety of people
Requirements
• Current Arkansas license as a Physical Therapist• One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy• Basic computer skills including database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment• Ability to read and interpret documents• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions• Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables
