Pharmacist - Clinical

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Clinical Pharmacist   at Naval Hospital Pensacola   in Pensacola, Florida. Graduate from an accredited college by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) Internship/Residency or documentation of appropriate education, training, and/or CME in the practice clinical pharmacy A current, valid, unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in any state A minimum of 12 months experience within the preceding 18 months as a Clinical Pharmacist performing direct patient care clinical services in an
inpatient, outpatient, or ambulatory care pharmacy setting; OR have held clinical privileges as a Clinical Pharmacist within the preceding 36
months in a military treatment facility. Completion of PGY-1 Residency or one (1) year of experience in medication therapy management within the last 3 years. Internship/ Residency: Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship accredited by the American Society of Health System
Pharmacists or American College of Clinical Pharmacy OR documentation of appropriate education, training, and/or CME in the practice of clinical
