Job Responsibilities Quote and bind homeowners insurance policies. Respond to all client communications in a timely manner via phone or email. Prioritize and bring successful resolution to all outstanding items (quotes, signatures for application, delivery of newly bound policies, etc). Process policy endorsements and changes. Communicate with insureds about renewals, policy changes, etc. Update agency management system to ensure accurate, current client information. Will consider captive insurance experience for the right candidate. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma (or equivalent) Preferred Skills License: Property & Casualty (FL) Areas of Expertise: Policy Administration, Flood / Wind / Hail, Homeowners & Renters, Personal Liability / Personal Umbrella, Policy Review Management & Rating Systems: Zywave – will train (if needed) Computer Skills: MS Outlook, DocuSign, MS Excel Languages: English Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Paid Vacations Paid Sick Time Flexible Schedule – will consider 30 hours a week
