Generous hourly starting pay rate of $22 per hour and progresses to $25.50 per hour (w2 employment) PCA assignments available throughout Chester County, PA area school districts SUMMARY: The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) position is a field employee position providing one-to-one and small group emotional support and behavioral interventions to children/adolescents in a school setting throughout Chester County, PA. We specialize in serving children primarily diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders as well as other special needs diagnoses.
