Payment Processing Intermediate Associate Location Ann Arbor, MI : Summary The University of Michigan Shared Services Center (U-M SSC) is a customer service organization focused on providing user-friendly and cost-effective administrative services to the university community. The SSC offers key financial and human resource transaction services to customers.
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Services Supervisor, you will be an important member of the Accounts Receivable team. Our Accounts Receivable Team processes financial transactions received by the U-M SSC from the University of Michigan community and their business partners. You will identify and apply payments on behalf of the university.
Work Location: Work is 75% remote and weekly on-site presence will be required. You are required to have a high-speed internet connection and a designated working space in your home. Equipment, including a laptop and monitors, will be provided for your use.
