We're growing! Full-time front office team member needed for a well-established general dental practice in Alcoa. Candidates should be detail-oriented, and have an understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning. Must be dependable, a people person, and a team player.

Responsibilities: Coordinate patient appointments and schedules Obtain and verify patient information Assist with dental billing and coding processes Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance companies Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve any billing discrepancies Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients regarding billing and payment inquiries Qualifications: Previous experience in dental office administration or patient coordination preferred Knowledge of dental terminology, and dental coding Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dental collection processes is a plus Benefits of working as a Patient Coordinator in Alcoa, TN:?
