Requirements
• Bachelor's degree• 1-3 years of professional experience in development or higher education• Ability to embody Belmont's culture and Christian mission• Collaborative and engaging• Detail-oriented and proficient in Excel• Experience with technology platforms• Consensus builder and self-confident• High energy and enthusiasm for fundraising• Strong strategist and communicator• Principled and dedicated• Experience in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies
