Responsibilities
• Receive and respond to trip requests• Screen and forward incoming phone calls• Utilize scheduling software• Provide information about Paratransit services• Negotiate available times for rides• Enter customer requests and assign them to routes• Cancel or modify customer trips as needed• Help resolve customer issues or complaints
Requirements
• One year of experience in a call center or as a customer service representative• High school level education or equivalent• Physical ability to push, pull, reach, finger, and talk• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
