Compensation: Hourly
Starting Pay: $13-$16 / hr, DOE;

Education: High School
Experience: Classroom experience preferred
Certification: N/A
Background: Clear FBI background check
Language: Strong verbal and writing skills in English, Spanish fluency preferred

Assist students to reach academic success. Creates a classroom environment that cultivates learning, engages the interests of the students, and allows them to perform at their very best.? Knowledge and Skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Classroom and video platforms such as: Zoom or Teams. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage the entire classroom. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience working in diverse communities and a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives. Demonstrated integrity and high standards in managing information in a confidential and professional manner. Must be able to spend much of the day standing or mobile throughout the classroom. Talk, hear, grasp, reach and lift up to 30lbs. Must be able to see in close range and far range. Ability to concentrate in active and noisy environments such as cafeterias and playgrounds. Must be able to have repetitive wrist/hand/finger movement to work on computer and/or related office equipment. Ability to handle potentially high stress conditions.
