As a Service Technician, you are a key team member supporting the work of field operations. Your efforts contribute to the day-to-day contract operations of Rainbow Restoration. Specific Responsibilities: Driving company vehicles with trailersAbility to read and understand maps & directionsWork with a teamCommunicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperworkEstablish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely mannerMeet deadlinesPossess or have the ability and willingness to learn and participate in performing:Water restoration Mold remediation Smoke & fire damage restorationLead remediationProperty maintenanceConstruction projectsRespond to jobs and initiate work in accordance with IICRC standards and Rainbow Restoration's internal processesMaintain company assets (equipment, vehicles, etc.) keeping them clean, properly maintained and fully stocked to be available at all timesPerform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as requiredPerform other duties as required.
