ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Properly clean, scrape and prep balers, compactors, etc. prior to painting
· Ensure working environment is clean and safe
· Ability to meet production standards
· Maintain good attendance record and work overtime as needed
· Maintain good safety record
· Maintain positive attitude
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS Requires limited supervision Experience using hand and power tools WORK SCHEDULE – Hours may change as required by supervisor
Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Overtime as required by supervisor
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or relative experience and/or training for job classification.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
