Overnight Truck Driver

Position Overview Maxway is currently seeking Class A CDL Drivers .  Maxway Drivers deliver as contractors for the U.S Post Office in the region. We offer our drivers:

Qualifications: CDL drivers with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply immediately:
1 year of driving experience. Valid CDL license (Class A ). Current DOT Medical card. Clean MVR Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Pass post office background check (5 Years back) Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: Post and pre-trip inspections Must Load and unload vehicles using proper equipment we provide. Safely operate the vehicle obeying all traffic laws and road conditions. Ability to safely back truck into loading and unloading position several times during each shift. Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as adding oil, fuel, radiator fluid if needed Plan and/or adjust route based on changes or conditions. Communicate effectively with others including but not limited to co-workers, supervisors, managers, clients and or customers.
