Responsibilities
• Greet and assist members and guests as they check in and leave the club• Promote a Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members and offering support• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager when necessary• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries• Perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups and billing updates• Execute retail transactions accurately and achieve sales goals• Clean and sanitize exercise equipment and club amenities• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free• Perform regular inspections of club areas and address safety and cleanliness concerns• Address maintenance and facility issues
Requirements
• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred• Must be 18 years of age or older• Willingness to become CPR/AED Certified• Basic computer proficiency• Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 75 pounds• Knowledge of toxic chemicals and ability to clean and sanitize equipment• Must be able to bend, twist, and move in different positions
