Follow up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems. Use established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale. Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers. Skills and Requirements: A valid driver's license Strong customer service focus Able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Sales experience is strongly desired, but not required
