Outside Sales Representative

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Job Description:
An outside sales representative conducts sales in the sourcing and light industrial settings supplying warehouse positions such as unloading/loading, order selection, both high productivity, order picking, and other operations positions.
$60K Base + $80K Potential Commission.
Qualifications & Requirements: 3-5 years of experience hunting new business with customers in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution centers and other industrial settings. Strategic approach to identify key decision makers and meticulous follow-up/follow through in elongated prospecting cycles. Team player mentality to partner with subject matter experts to deliver an unmatched customer experience throughout the sales cycle and onboarding of new customers. Requirements: Experience in Warehouse Operations; preferred in Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution. 2-5 years of outside sales with an emphasis on new customer acquisition. Professional image with excellent oral and written communication. A high degree of active listening and critical thinking to identify challenges, and generate solutions.
