Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess patients' physical condition and rehabilitation needs.
* Develop customized treatment plans based on individual goals, limitations, and clinical findings.
* Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
* Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, home exercises, and injury prevention.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards of practice.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
* Current state license or eligibility for licensure.
* CPR certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
* Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
* Proficiency in therapeutic interventions and working in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to professional growth and delivering high-quality care.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Board certification as a Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) or Sports Physical Therapy (SCS).
* Prior outpatient rehabilitation experience.
* Familiarity with electronic medical records and community outreach.
