Key Responsibilities:
Innovative Implementation and Configuration:
Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning implementations, including both Supply Planning & Demand Planning.
Develop comprehensive system requirements, create prototypes, and roll out effective solutions.
Clear Documentation and Specifications:
Craft and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications for Cloud Supply Chain Planning applications and business processes.
Produce and deliver thorough documentation for design, training, and application administration.
Seamless Integration and Reporting:
Integrate Supply Planning Cloud and Demand Planning Cloud applications with other systems and processes.
Design and implement custom reports to enhance company needs, improving reporting frequency, accuracy, and timeliness.
Client Engagement and Communication:
Engage in project communications with clients using a consultative approach, anticipating obstacles and recommending solutions.
Focus on delivering client value and satisfaction while balancing feasibility and scalability.
Team Collaboration and Solution Integrity:
Coordinate with project team members and business users to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain overall solution integrity, providing guidance to other Solution Architects on technology and design choices.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven Expertise:
Over 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP SCM, including designing, configuring, and architecting ERP solutions using the Cloud SCM suite.
At least 2 years of consulting experience with Oracle Cloud SCM.
Master Data and Implementation:
Deep knowledge of master data setup and processes to execute supply planning.
Experience with at least five full lifecycle Oracle SCM implementations, with a minimum of two involving Oracle Cloud supply & demand planning.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong skills in all functional aspects of Cloud Planning application solution design, configuration, integration, and deployment.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a track record of troubleshooting issues for Cloud ERP clients.
Strong Analytical Skills:
Ability to think critically in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
Communication Excellence:
Superior oral and written communication skills.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Quick learner, capable of adapting to new challenges and technologies.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Certification as an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning implementation professional.
Experience with Oracle Order Management Cloud, specifically Global Order Promising (GOP) Cloud.
