Responsibilities
• Work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers and business leaders to drive value throughout the organization.• Help clients reduce costs and cycle times while providing business insights.• Implement leading practices and Oracle's modern planning and reporting applications.• Create a well-controlled platform for growth and increased regulatory requirements.• Support team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary.• Arrange and sponsor appropriate assignments and experiences to help people realize their potential.• Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions.• Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.• Create an environment where people and technology thrive together.• Promote and encourage others to value difference when working in diverse teams.• Drive and take ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for people and stakeholders.• Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships that add value to the firm.• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of client-facing Oracle Finance Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems preferred.• Certification in Oracle Cloud EPM preferred.• Experience in strategic financial planning and performance management design.• Proven track record of leading significant financial system implementations.• Ability to identify and address client needs, develop deep client relationships, and sell potential new service opportunities.• Experience leading teams and motivating members.
Key Skills Needed
• Oracle Cloud EPM certifications (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS)• CPA
