QUALITY - Attention to detail while being able to work, carrying out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Job Specific Tasks, Knowledge, Responsibilities and Activities: Must be trustworthy, honest, and loyal to all customers, management, and personnel Assemble each product according to specifications Conduct quality assurance checks using the unaided eye, rulers, and other instrumentation to confirm the assembled product meets the quality standards of Rhenium Alloys Inc. and the specifications of the customer Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment Complete required quality and production forms Identify any product defects; record and report them accordingly Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures Ability to meet daily production requirements Willingness to adapt to changes in work as needed Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictate Education, Experience, and/or Certifications or Licenses: High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
