As Operations Supervisor , you'll be on the frontline of our mission to uphold the highest hospitality and property management standards for every property under our care. This role is crucial in ensuring that each property is meticulously maintained and ready to exceed our guest's expectations. 
What You'll Do  Oversee and supervise our guest and owner communications team to ensure our guests always receive 5-star customer service.  Oversee and manage the onboarding of new properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and ready for each new check-in.  Address and fulfill guest requests, and problem-solve any issues that may arise ensuring each stay is memorable.  This position not only allows you to ensure exceptional guest experiences but also offers the opportunity to use your leadership skills to significantly influence the success and efficiency of our services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Front Office - Supervise the front office team.  Owner and Guest Communications - Supervise our remote and local customer service team.  Maintenance - Supervise maintenance staff to prioritize repairs and guest/owner issues.  New Property On-Boarding - Supervise the onboarding process. After-Hours Calls - Be on the rotation for occasional after-hours calls.  QUALIFICATIONS: Previous supervisory experience is required  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)  Experience with Property Management Systems (Streamline VRS is preferred but not mandatory)  Effective problem-solving skills.  Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.  COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Hourly Wage: $21.50 - $25.50 based on experience and achievement
Bonus: We pay peak season bonuses—$ 1,000 - $2,000 annually.
