Job Title: Operations Manager/Team Lead
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Pay/Salary/Compensation: $35/hr W2

Job Overview: Deliver Lab Support for the Execution Support Automation Data Center.
Responsible for maintaining the lab and machine operations in the test automation labs. Platforms will consist of client and server hardware ranging across multiple OS configurations.
Ensure the systems are 100% up at all times and also perform system upgrades per customer's direction.
99% of the work requests/needed will be assigned thru an online ticketing system.
Understand the SOW details and ensure the team under him/her delivers to define tasks and perf targets.
Hire and build a performing team – manage employee performance thru data/targets/expectations; hire best technical talent.
Approve employee weekly timecards.
Deliver weekly status report to Sr. Operations Manager.
Approved monthly invoice timely and accurately.
Complete Kelly SETT SOW metrics monthly.
Complete employee performance evaluations (yearly).
Performance 5S/safety monthly lab inspections – ZERO Safety Incidents!
Drive thru data operational efficiencies and cost savings.
Qualifications/Experience for Success: Prior/similar Operations Management/Team Lead experience in a similar semiconductor/IT environment.
Strong people management experience.
Customer management experience.
Understand client's platforms (architecture).
Client's graphics/validation knowledge is a plus.
