Responsibilities
• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a fast-paced restaurant• Offering immediate and respectful response to guest's needs• Assisting in training new hires and setting the tone for shifts• Being a friendly and encouraging team player• Opening and/or closing shifts as a key holder• Counting drawers and finalizing the day• Communicating effectively, both written and spoken• Managing team member behavioral and performance issues• Working in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility• Working in a physically demanding role
