We're seeking an Operations Manager for a well established service-industry client in Lexington, to optimize processes and drive efficiency. This is a direct hire position; salary up to $70K!
Position Overview:
As Operations Manager, you'll collaborate with the staff to streamline operations, improve productivity, and oversee key functions including payroll, HR, accounting, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with department heads to enhance workflow.
Implement efficient systems and procedures.
Build strong relationships with company leaders.
Monitor performance metrics and track progress.
Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the service industry.
Strong understanding of operational processes.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
